  • Equity and Debt

    Cambia Capital invests equity and occasionally debt into residential real estate projects across the country, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest. Capital is invested at the time of building permit approval, although special exceptions can be made when applying debt. Cambia's return targets are subject to the deal structure and terms.

    Cambia Capital invests with a specific focus on 15+ unit residential real estate projects that go beyond current code to a third party certified, sustainable standard, such as LEED, Energy Star, Built Green, Earth Advantage, etc.
